Maison Le Roux preserves Mr. Le Roux's artisanal expertise. The CBS® recipe remains unchanged and known only to a select few. Excellent craftsmanship and respect for original methods contribute to the unrivalled flavour of Maison Le Roux salted butter caramel. Copper cauldrons, old pans and utensils add a touch of authenticity.
CBS® remains unique because of its sweet-savory combination and the crunchy fragments of almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts that contrast with the soft caramel. Henri Le Roux, defining himself as "Caramelier"® , a name he has wisely registered, has never felt the need to make variations to the original recipe. Nevertheless, his range of chocolates includes a square bonbon of salted butter caramel coated in dark chocolate, and in 2002 Henri Le Roux launched Caramélier® , a tender, tasty spread. This creation boasts a delicate structure, a fresh taste and subtle aromatic qualities, adding another dimension to its famous caramel heritage.

Maison Le Roux, a Breton company, grew up on the Quiberon peninsula. Since 1977, grandparents, parents and grandchildren have been gathering and building memories around Maison Le Roux caramels. That's why we've invented "secret boxes" to slip into pockets, wicker baskets and travel bags, with a colorful, refined design. You can refill them in the store as often as you like with caramels and other delights, or if you feel inspired, you can keep them to store your secrets.
In the store, our Sales Advisors are always happy to refill them. Maison Le Roux ensures that our packaging is of the highest quality and long-lasting, to encourage its cheerful re-use.
