We dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually on the same day as you place it, except on Mondays, weekends and public holidays. As far as possible, we avoid shipping orders on Fridays, so that our fragile products don't spend the weekend in a warehouse.
Please note that some delivery times are currently longer, due to increased activity at our partners Chronopost and Colissimo.
You can also select the delivery date of your choice in step 2 of your shopping basket for orders with deferred delivery dates.
Delivery to Metropolitan France

Free Colissimo delivery to mainland France for orders over €80!
As soon as your shopping basket reaches €80 (incl. VAT), shipping costs will be automatically deducted, and delivery by Colissimo will be free of charge.
Normal transport 48h-72h
Delivery is handled by La Poste using the Colissimo service. Single rate for metropolitan France, whatever the weight of your order: €9 for pick-up and €11 for home delivery.
Express transport 24h-48h
Delivery is handled by La Poste using the Chronopost service. Single rate for metropolitan France, whatever the weight of your order: €13 for pick-up and €18 for home delivery.

The Henri Le Roux online store delivers to European countries and countries bordering France and Japan. For other destinations, please contact us at info@chocolat-leroux.fr
Depending on the country of destination, our store will suggest the most appropriate carriers in step 4 of your shopping cart. We use the Colissimo Expert and Chronopost services, and shipping costs are calculated according to parcel weight and destination.
Indicative lead times
Colissimo Expert: from 3 days for countries outside France.
Chronopost: parcel delivered in 1 to 3 days to Europe, in 48 hours to French overseas departments and in 2 to 5 days to the rest of the world.
Year-end orders
We advise you to send us your end-of-year orders as soon as possible. As the maximum durability date for chocolates is 3 weeks on average, please indicate your preferred delivery date, which we will take into account when preparing and dispatching your order.

During the festive season, we depend on our carriers and on the volume of end-of-year orders. We can't guarantee delivery times, so we advise you to choose express delivery. For distant destinations, please allow at least 1 week for delivery.
