Maison Le Roux, a Breton company, grew up on the Quiberon peninsula. Artisan Chocolatier et Caramélier, who has never forgotten his roots, the memory of the sound of waves hitting the rocks, the horizon as far as the eye can see, that sweet iodized air that benefits laughing birds. The Breton region is rich in travels, between land and sea, where natural jewels are eternal sources of contemplation and inspiration for our creations.
Since 1977, grandparents, parents and grandchildren have come together to build memories around Maison Le Roux chocolates and caramels.
Continuing to respect and preserve the habitat of its wonders is an unshakeable promise that carries us forward to shape a happy future for our future generations.
Our creations are made in our workshops in Landévant, Brittany. Our Creative Director, David Wesmaël, and the company's artisan chocolatiers always select the most Breton and regional ingredients possible.
Beurre Breton, Blé Noir de Bretagne, Sel de Guérande, Lait Français, Citron de Menton, Marron glacés d'Aubagne, Noisette du Piémont, Amandes de Valencia

Our Maison Le Roux jams are handcrafted by La Cour d'Orgères. Another house on the Quiberon peninsula with whom we have a long-standing partnership.
Just like our Plein Fruits caramels, these jams are an ode to the colorful pulp and juicy flavors of fruit, selected for their ripeness, seasonality and local production. Cooked the old-fashioned way in copper cauldrons with a minimum of added sugar, they're a concentration of fruit, with no added coloring or preservatives, in pretty glass jars that can be recycled or reused at home as pencil holders...

Our cocoa comes from horizons beyond the seas, and we trust our partners, including Valrhona, to guide us. As the source of the finest chocolate, Valrhona has demonstrated its unwavering commitment to the ecological transitions underway.
Valrhona's demanding specifications hold great promise for the coming years. Today, 100% of cocoa is traced for complete transparency, and since 2013, the cocoa expert has achieved a -67% reduction in GHG scope 1 and 2 emissions, -40% in water consumption and -39% in energy consumption. The results are constantly improving, and we are proud to share our values with Valrhona.
Maison Le Roux has invented " secret boxes " to slip into pockets, wicker baskets and travel bags, with a colorful, refined design. You can refill them in store as much as you like with caramels and other delights, or if you feel inspired, you can keep them to store your secrets.
When it comes to Advent Calendars, the exquisite Christmas tradition we look forward to all year round, all too often the cardboard models are a huge mass to recycle.
To make up for this, Maison Le Roux has decided to offer an " Advent Calendar Refill " with chocolate creations from the Maison Le Roux artisan palette. Create or choose a calendar to fill with surprises, it will be used every year, and all you have to do is fill it with the Maison Le Roux Refill, for a fun and ever more ecological Christmas.
In the boutique, our Sales Advisors are always happy to refill your cleaned ballotins and previously used pouches. At Maison Le Roux, we take great care to ensure that our packaging is of the highest quality and long-lasting, to encourage its cheerful re-use.

Our boxes, pouches and bags are used daily in our stores to offer you an aesthetic and practical solution that combines quality and respect for the environment. Our main partner is committed to sustainable and responsible practices. It is FSC-certified, ensuring environmentally-friendly forest management, and was recently awarded a Silver Medal by ECOVADIS, underlining its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Our chocolate bar and Caramélier® cases are printed in Hennebont, Brittany, by our long-standing partner. Together we thought about the choice of card and how to reduce our environmental footprint with recyclable, environmentally-friendly packaging.
We've chosen a virtuous ribbon for our ballotins and bags: Tencel®. An ecological, biodegradable, 100% cellulose fiber created from wood pulp. Its manufacture requires very little water, unlike cotton, which needs water to grow. The manufacturing process uses trees from certified sustainable plantations, and 99.5% of chemicals are recycled in a closed system. For this reason, Tencel® received the European Award for the Environment from the European Union.
It's soft and smooth, and holds up well after handling. We've chosen not to print a logo, so that you're free to reuse it as you wish.
We're always on the lookout for innovation, and for certain products, such as the Grand Modèle tray, shipped from our Lab in Landévant, Brittany, Maison Le Roux comes to you with an (eco)lily from our partner Hipli !
Hipli reinvents the parcel by making it reusable 100 times to drastically reduce shipping packaging waste. Postal returns are made without airplanes, for an even lower carbon footprint.
Also, when we send you a cardboard package, we elegantly wedge the products using 100% recycled paper wedging, an ecological alternative to polystyrene chips. Our Breton supplier is committed to the local economy, and has been a member of Produit en Bretagne since 2014, working with other members of the association to promote employment and development. The idea of a beautiful, united, prosperous, responsible Brittany open to the world is something that drives them and us forward every day.
Together, we can make a real difference.
