Maison Le Roux is constantly researching both the selection of couverture chocolates and the choice of grands crus, fine Criollo and Trinitario cocoas or the powerful African Foresteros. Almonds from France, pistachios from Sicily or Iran, walnuts from Périgord or Dauphiné, hazelnuts from Piedmont, buckwheat from Brittany, cinnamon from Ceylon and Bourbon vanilla add balance, flavor and the right blend to our creations.

As our production is handmade, the composition of the ballotins may vary according to quantities and seasons. It is not possible to modify the composition of ballotins for internet orders. However, you can have ballotins made to order directly in our boutiques or by telephone. Dark/milk assortments comprise on average 2/3 dark chocolate and 1/3 milk chocolate.

The ideal storage temperature is between 14° and 18°C, and between 20° and 22° for tasting. Keep them away from sources of heat and humidity. Never store in a refrigerator, as the cold and odors are harmful...
